How To Manage Time For Blogging

Manage Time While Blogging
Many of the life's problems come from a lack of time and money, do you agree? This could be a problem. And then, you have your job, your family, your friends, your LIFE. So, I want to give you a list of advices that have worked for me to get more done in less time.

Use a List

It is always recommended that you make use of a to-do list (I use Post-it!). Use technology or use the old piece of paper, the important is that you define what you need to do in your head and into the real world.

Each item on your list should be finite. In other words, every item should be something you can do in a fairly short amount of time and have it be very obvious when the task is done. And you will just "feel" like you are getting more done when you are able to check those things off. Really!

Focus in your Work

Online business is full of distractions. Internet can be a place where you can waste a lot of time if you do not focus on what you need to do. So, try to work on one task at a time, for a period (can be an hour). Solid focus, with all distractions turned off. No cellular phone. No e-mail. No Facebook or Twitter. Just your work. When the hour is over, go take a break. You will do MORE later.

Do not Waste too much time in E-mail

E-mail is a huge time sucker. So, a good advice is to check it 2-3 times per day. At all times in between, your email program is CLOSED and you don't check it. Instead, you focus on getting things done.

Work with Similar tasks

Group similar tasks together in order to complete them together. For example, do you have to send some emails? Group those tasks together and then schedule a time for you to be writing those emails. Finish to write and get it done.

Categorize your tasks based on context and start doing them that way.

You NEED to come up with an organizational system that works for you. Personal organization is VERY important to an internet business. There will be ideas and information hitting you from all sides and if you are not staying organized, you will accomplish nothing.
